Student Registration: Unlike other platforms, Adapanthiya requires a manual interview and verification process for instructor registration. By applying to become an instructor, you agree to participate in interviews and provide the necessary documentation for verification. Adapanthiya reserves the right to approve or reject any instructor application.
Students can browse and enroll in any available courses on the Platform. Once enrolled, the course content will be accessible for a predefined duration, as mentioned in the course details.
Courses may include but are not limited to, video lectures, practice questions, and structured essay assessments with feedback from instructors.
Enrollment fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the course-specific refund policy.
Adapanthiya strives to provide high-quality education by verifying all instructors through a rigorous interview process. Instructors are required to maintain their course content and teaching standards.
Students can provide feedback on courses and instructors through ratings and reviews. Adapanthiya may use these reviews to ensure continuous improvement of the learning experience.
The Platform offers a discussion forum where students can post questions related to the courses. Instructors will address these questions periodically through forum replies, webinars, or live sessions.
Participation in webinars or live sessions is voluntary for both students and instructors. However, instructors are encouraged to actively engage with students to enhance their learning experience.
For privacy, we will refrain from sharing the contact information of students and teachers with each other, and we expect your code of conduct to be ethical and lawful.
You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of the Platform.
Any content you upload or post must not contain any defamatory, infringing, obscene, or unlawful material.
Adapanthiya reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users found violating these rules.
All course content and materials provided on the Platform are the intellectual property of Adapanthiya or its respective instructors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any purpose without prior written permission.
In situations of breach, Adapanthiya will be terminating access to the platform or even taking legal action based on the situation.
Payment for course enrollment must be made through the Platform’s designated payment gateway.
Refunds will be processed as per the refund policy stated for each course. However, we don’t accept refunds unless a student gets access to the wrong course against the invoice or is specifically allowed by the instructor.
To assist you in the right selection, we are allowing free access to the course outline and certain course contents. Hence, we expect you to refer to those free contents and make the right choice of the course or the instructor.
Adapanthiya and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Platform. Adapanthiya does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of course content and is not responsible for any discrepancies.
By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
