AdaPanthiya is a web-based ‘Learning Management System (LMS)’ that allows students to self-study a lesson of their choice using different modes of content such as videos, presentations, documents, and online quizzes. The platform offers courses/ lessons related to public exams (such as GCE Advanced Level, and GCE Ordinary Level), professional curriculums (such as CIMA, CMA, and AAT), and personal skill development (such as public speaking and personal finance).
A Learning Management System ( LMS) organizes the courses in a way that is easy to search, navigate and get access to. Once a lesson is purchased, it allows the student to follow the contents, navigating through meaningful headings and subheadings to flow as per the regulated syllabus of the lesson. The built-in dashboards allow both the parent and student to view the progress of a lesson or a subject at an aggregate level.
You can access our ‘How-To Tutorials’ here. If you have further queries, you can reach out to our ‘SUPPORT CENTER’. Please note that the ‘SUPPORT CENTER’ will be available only during office hours. Hence, we encourage you to refer to ‘How-To Tutorials’ as much as possible.
You can either search by the subject or the lesson name and also navigate through the organized navigation bar to go into a particular subject. Once you land on a subject, you will see all the lessons published by different teachers/ faculty members. There can be multiple teachers/ faculty members publishing the same lesson. To ease out your selection, we are allowing you access to selected contents of a lesson/ course before you purchase. So, you can view content from multiple teachers and select the right one that fits your taste of learning.
First, you have to create a login account as a parent or a student on www.adapanthiya.com website to have access to the Learning Management System (LMS). Once the account's authenticity is verified, you will have access to purchase any course/ lesson in the LMS.
We enable posting questions and a discussion forum in the LMS where the teacher will see your questions. The teachers will respond to your question by posting an answer or doing a webinar or a live Zoom session to answer a set of questions.
We provide assessments for each course/ lesson in different quizzes such as multiple choice, structured, and essay. MCQs will be assessed in real-time by the platform itself, and the teachers will provide feedback to other question types if you post your answer sheets via the LMS.

If you have a challenge in doing online transactions, we allow you to reach out to our ‘SUPPORT CENTER’, submit a valid bank transfer-proof, and get access to a course. If you also need to create a user ID manually, we might be asking you to provide proof of identification and personal details such as your NIC, phone number, address, etc.
The duration of access permission can vary depending on the course/ lesson that you purchase. For example, GCE Advanced Level and GCE Ordinary Level lessons will have access permission for 4 years, allowing students to self-study the lesson till they finish the number of attempts allowed to sit for the exam.
Surely, there will be restrictions based on the user ID and the number of devices that the course/ lesson is viewed from. We will allow a course/ lesson to be only on 1 device without any verification, and subsequent logins will be verified by the administration.
To enable purchases for a family, you can create a ‘Parent Account’ and then create individual accounts for your family members. This enables you to purchase all courses/ lessons for the family through a single account and a single payment method. It also provides you access to a ‘Parent Dashboard’ where you can monitor the progress of each family member within a subject or a lesson.
Since we define the user and access levels at the account creation, it is not possible to convert the account type later. Hence, it is advisable to create a ‘Parent Account’ at the start for the user who will make the purchases since all payment-related credentials and validations are done through that member.
